Restore the Friendship trail bridge

This Historic Bridge across Old Tampa Bay has been in use for many years, but has been neglicted.  It's use as a bike trail, hicking trail, fishing pier, and sight seeing outpost is undisputed.  The cost to tear it down is considerable.  With a greater community involvement, the bridge could be saved.  I want to see the bridge saved.  Our counties need this unifying bridge across the Bay.
