Move Brentwood Cornfest to a different location for 2014

Coppergate Community has dealt with the inconvenience and safety issues of having Cornfest in their backyard for 2012 and will have to deal with it for 2013. Lets show the Chamber of Commerce that it is in their best interest to find a location other than our own backyard to host the festival for 2014 and on.
