Ex-husand contempt of court by not using childs 529 account for college,

My ex-husband refuses to send me semi-annual Charles Scwab 529 statements for my 2 boys. The last one i received was 2010. He now claims I used the money to buy a piano,however I had no control over these accounts. I originally started these accounts with my grandmother's money and was the custodian. I became very ill, I had 13 surgeries and finaly an amputation, The ex-husband took advantage of this terrible situation and got custidy of the boys and control of their 529 accounts.. Please help. They are ready to go to college.
