Demand that the bird located at 1714 Fulton not be put out on the porch

The resident at said address continues to leave the bird outside on the weekend day and night. They know code enforcement will not check on the weekends. The bird is waking people up at 6 A.M. and the bird continues to scream like a child throughout the day. People in the neighborhood with children have to look out to make sure nobody is hurt. A Mccaw's whistle can reach 100 decibels, a jet plane is 140. The residents at said address do not care to respect their neighbors request of NOT putting the LOUD bird on the porch. We have been very patience and are waiting for code enforcement to finally enforce Springfield's code 505.09 Barking or Howling Animals or Fowls. No person shall keep or harbor any animal or BIRD that omits sounds which are unreasonably LOUD or DISTURBING the peace and quiet of the neighborhood or to the life and health of any individual. {Ord. 67-235.
