PERMANENT XBOX ACCOUNT SUSPENSION- GAME LOSS

Microsoft have implemented a new "permanent suspension ban" which will last until the year 9999 on xbox accounts. This has meant that simply messaging someone "camper" on 18 rated games, can get you suspended if they report you, this is now deemed harrasment.

When your account is suspended you lose all of the games you have purchased online- this could be thousands of pounds.

If microsoft are implementing such bans, you should not lose all games paid for because of this.

Microsoft need to implement a way to get games back when your account is permanently suspended! There are hundreds of people that have lost thousands of pounds because of microsoft!!

People have paid for these games and are unable to get them back if they have been purchased online. These games could have been purchased over a number of years and there is currently no way to get these back once your account is permanently suspended.
