DEMANDING TRUTH PUBLIC SUPPORT AND AN INQUEST INTO THE DEATHS OF OC HOMELESS AND LOW INCOME POPULATION

My name is Michelle. I live in the county of orange in California. The land of the free home and prison for the individuals who can t afford to pay for the right to live in a county that doesn't have any place for those that are poor or without the finer things that are required to fit in. I have been given the responsibility of documenting these things that I can show are patterns of abuse of power and taxpayers money for you to come to the conclusion that I did. Orange county government and the deaths in the poor community are related and I would even be able to say that they are the cause of a majority of them. Direct or indirect and the hospital has a bunch of times seen to it that little to no care is given. The attention should be given to the coroner's office for investigation and then to the internal investigation should be aimed at the Homeless death review committee and the county's health insurance caloptima then Ochca and then the contracts they have for the emergency shelter and emergency clinics and emergency response. Investigation into the case for the hospital on my fiance because they are working on the cover up as I write this all down. Since the exit of the people in 2018 from Santa Ana Riverbed it was not able to get the people shelter as it had been told by a district court had demanded them to do. In 2018, the county knowingly released hazarardous chemical and the county knows it had exposed the public to the dangerous waste in our water. Attempting to hid this was done in 2019-2020 to the public and to everyone else that's incredible how much we have been poisoned. Pfas is a firefighter chemical that is used to put out oil and gas fires. It makes alterations to the immune system and metabolism of our body. Causing cancer and liver and kidney problems. Cardiomyopathy is what suddenly came without warning for my fince. It seems that he was diagnosed with something and because he was homeless and diagnosed during the pandemic he got no care just the meds that didn't help and discharged without having a follow up. Everything is closed and no one can go to the hospital inside and no one to explain anything at all. He finally got a doctor who refused to get him treatments for his case and allowed him to suffer without having oxygen. Then he got an infectious agent from one of the hospitals, then another and no one to protect him from their lack of concern for his case. On the night of Feb 28 he had a seizure and stopped breathing. 911 was not very nice but they are just going on with the caller about being a disturbance. When they get there and they get a chance to look he was unresponsive without a pulse. Assuming it's a drug overdose, they treated differently than others by keeping his family from him and not allowed to go on ambulance and mislead to another place and the records from the paramedic reports say that they intubated the patient twice and had to push versed which made him vomit because he had no one check tube placement he swallowed his vomit and caused him to swallow it into the lungs. No one to explain that he was in the hospital already irresponsible brain damage due to the error. When I finally located him and got there it was too late. Except not one person has told me what they are doing with him at hospital. Thwy fot caught pre-op for organs and without having someone to consent. I got there an the silence was not normal and not giving reason why I was not told anything. He actually died in the ambulance and then hospital had life support on 2/28/23 the hospital made it look like he died March 1 of 2023. Records show the increase in homeless deaths rose and rose in the past few years and last year we have 532 deaths in one county, how many of the people died in the hospital and how many had autopsy. Alot according to the coroner's office report. But what is the causes of deaths in the hospital? Why is this a secret? What are they hiding? Now this is something I have to get: autopsy and they have refused doctor didn't Report the death and didn't get the death certificate and certified almost 3mo after. The hospital never did look for the family or next of kin and never told me what happened. I had to leave the hospital in tears they never said sorry or assigned it to a counselor or case manager. They knew before I got there he was unresponsive and I can't access the hospital records then after 4 mo. After the lab employee changed his name and sent to cremate with the family not knowing and the hospital is unawares that his body is still not cremated. I have contacted everyone in the county and the state in regards to thia case of utter disregard to human life. Now I have to get the DNA for his daughter and start probate and family court and medical records review and demand for autopsy for true cause of death and cause of his cardiomyopathy for it maybe genetic or even caused by the toxic environment we have to be exposed to in this state. I have come against wall after wall and lie after lie and I am still trying to get the full story. I want to get the truth no matter how much I have to work for it. The death of this man is definitely a tragedy but I will not be stopped and his death will not be for nothing. He is and always will be the love of my life. I don't care about money or anything. I do this in the name of love, truth and justice.
