To lower the current speed limit from 35mph to 25mph and change road surface's in front of homes within so many feet from a dirt covered road

The current speed of 35mph is creating a danger for walkers,hikers and bikers. Its also creating to much dust and dirt in and on residential homes and in the air that we are breathing.
