H.Res. #333, was filed by Rep. Kucinich on 25 April 2007, it calls for the Impeachment of VP Cheney for having:
1. Manipulated intelligence to fabricate a threat of Iraq weapons of mass destruction,
2. Manipulated intelligence to fabricate a relationship between Iraq and al Qadea,
3. Openly threatened aggression against Iran, absent any real threat to the United States.
We the People of the United States of American, by our signatures herein below, do command you through your leadership to direct that the U.S. House of Representatives, place H.Res #333 on the front burner.
Further, we command that you instruct every member of the House or Representatives read and obey the advisements contained in the Congressional Research Service's March 2007 report, "The Cost of Iraq, Afghanistan, and Other Global War on Terror Operations Since 9/11."
Further, and effective immediately, we command that you employ every effort at your disposal to honor the efforts of Cong. John Conyers, Jr, Chair, House Judiciary Committee's December 2005 report," The Constitution in Crisis, The Downing Street Minutes and Deception, Manipulation, Torture, Retribution, and Cover-ups in the Iraq War."
You are to rescind the Congressional budget item for the extension of the Iraq War in the next fiscal year, and the interim funding passed last week, as legislated in contradiction with the advisements of the Congressional research Services' s report of March 2007. cited herein above, and in direct contradiction of the mandate of the U.S. voters in November 2006.
Finally, and immediately upon a majority of The House of Representatives sending out H.Res. #333 to Cong. Conyers' Judiciary Committee, you will put forth a Bill of Impeachment against president George W. Bush.
