Congress: Protect Our Gun Safety Laws
NRA lobbyists are pushing a bill in Congress that would allow dangerous people with concealed carry permits from states with the weakest possible standards to carry concealed, loaded weapons in all 50 states.
To put this in perspective, Florida has more than a million active concealed carry permits, and they let convicted stalkers — including those from other states — get these permits through the mail. Are those the people you want carrying hidden, loaded guns in your community?

Lowering the bar for who can carry a concealed weapon puts all of our communities at risk, since some states don't require even the most basic safety training, and some issue permits to violent criminals, stalkers, and domestic abusers.
