Mr. Donald J. Trump should be indicted by Prosecutor Karim Assad Ahmad Khan of the International Criminal Court in the Hague for genocide and crimes against humanity against the American people.

Evidence is now made public that the former President of the United States of America, Mr. Donald John Trump, did intentionally falsify to and withhold information from the American civilian population regarding the very serious and deadly nature of COVID19 and did actively hinder efforts at the Federal level of government to contain and prevent the spread of highly contagious and deadly disease thereby bringing about the unnecessary deaths of hundreds of thousands of American civilians. The information I speak of is published in the book, 'Nightmare Scenario: Inside The Trump Administration's Response To The Pandemic That Changed History,' by Yasmeen Abutaleb and Damian Paletta. According to evidence provided in their book:

(1.) Mr. Donald John Trump did knowingly and intentionally commit the crime of genocide against the American civilian population as characterized by the specific intent to destroy in whole or in part the American civilian population by killing its members with highly contagious and deadly disease and/or causing serious bodily injury and/or mental harm to American citizens and did deliberately inflict upon the general population of the U.S. conditions of life calculated to bring about physical destruction of the American civilian population in whole or in part.

(2.) Mr. Donald John Trump did with malice afore thought commit crimes against humanity against the American civilian population by suppressing knowledge of a highly contagious and deadly global epidemic of COVID19. And by refusing timely emergency aid to the several States of the United States through a full scale response by the United States government to limit the rapid spread of COVID19 he did in fact bring about a genocide of American civilians. His complete failure of fiduciary responsibility amounted to an attack against the civilian population leading to the murder or shortening of the lives of hundreds of thousands of American citizens.
