Animals First Aid (AFA) is a global nonprofit dedicated to giving animals the care they deserve. From Serbia to Tanzania, Morocco, Liberia and South Africa, we support shelters and rescue missions with food, veterinary care, sterilization and safe shelter. In South Africa we're securing humane traps to catch and sterilize feral cats. We also help feed animals and pay for critical medical treatment.
Our recent campaigns have saved animals on every continent: filling bowls for Indian street dogs, rescuing donkeys and dogs in Tanzania, and shielding animals from freezing winters in Serbia. Every animal deserves a life free from hunger, pain and fear. AFA offers financial aid and logistical support to shelters and welfare projects, and we educate the public about responsible care.
