Stop misinformation about COVID-19

Misinformation about COVID-19 could cost people their lives. And right now there's a ton of false information about coronavirus circulating on the airwaves.

Notoriously racist radio hosts Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and other right-wing broadcasters downplayed the coronavirus in the early weeks of the crisis. We've called on the FCC to do its job and help stop the spread of misinformation no matter where it's coming from, but the agency is refusing to enforce its own rules and hold broadcasters accountable. If the Trump FCC won't step in and stop the spread of deadly misinformation about coronavirus, we the people must hold TV and radio stations accountable for what they air.
