From those investigative, findings, and with these, irrefutably, documented, evidences, that ever since, twenty years, ago, is this profiteering, greedy, racist, despot, monopolizing, dictator, tyrant, oppressor, overlord, who is this City of Louisville Kentucky, Government, City Housing Authority, Director, Timothy Barry.

To profit, why he, purposely, disallows, all of these thousands, of this City, low-income, HUD Section 8 Choice Vouchers, rents assistance, Families, Single Mothers, Pregnant Women, from choosing where to lease, live, and why he is purposely, placing, in all of these City, Slumlords, apartments.
To profit, why he is inspecting, to fraudulently, Pass, not to Fail, all of these Slumlords, unfit, indecent, unsafe, unsanitary, unhealthy, uninhabitable, condemning, apartments, that why how they, blatantly, violates, this City, HUD, housing, health, codes.
To profit, by purposely, wantonly, placing, exposing, thousands, of unsuspecting, low-income, Mothers, Single Mothers, Pregnant Women, to these concealed, health hazardous, bio-hazardous, airborne, asbestos, lead based paint dust particulates, carbon monoxide, human, rodents, bats, birds, feces, urine, infectious, bacteria, fungi, diseases.
To profit, why he is not removing, relocating, any of these thousands, of sickened, dying, complaining, low-income, Families, Single Mothers, Pregnant Women, and why he is purposely, causing, their physical, mental, health, harms, and deaths.
To profit, why he purposely, exposing, causing, aggravating to cause, permanent, mental harms, to thousands, of these surviving, low-income, defenseless, children, infants, newborns, to cause, aggressions, anxieties, depressions, memory loss, vision loss, attention deficit disorders, learning disabilities, school dropouts, criminalization's, to ensure that they shall remain in poverty.
To profit, by purposely, forcing, causing, thousands, of these sickened, loving, caring, Mothers, Fathers, Single Mothers, Pregnant Women, to vacate, break their leases, court evicted, homeless.
To profit, by fraudulently, awarding, all of these City, Slumlords, Property Managers, with HUD, non-profit, Emergency Shelter Homeless Grants.
