Homeland Security Secretary Nielsen Must Resign For Tearing Families Apart!

Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Kirstjen Nielsen, has directed the Trump administration's horrific "zero humanity" policies and overseen family separation.

Under her leadership, nothing has been done about the over 1300 charges of sexual and physical abuse filed against ICE by women and children in detention. Children torn from their families have been drugged while held in detention facilities. And now, we've heard about at least one child who died after being in ICE's care.

Today, Nielsen bears responsibility for the more than 400 children who are STILL separated from their families and the many more who are facing lifelong trauma due to this administration's callous policy.

It is abundantly clear that Nielsen and this administration do not care about the wellbeing of families and children, many of whom are fleeing some of the most dangerous and disadvantaged places in the world.

It is unthinkable for Nielsen to remain in her job. It's time for her to resign now.

Sign the petition and demand Secretary Nielsen resign immediately. She must be held responsible for her role in Trump's inhumane family separation policy.
