We want and deserve better Radio in Los Angeles!

If you have ever been to some of the surrounding cities and listened to their local radio stations, you will know of what we speak. They play album rock, blues and live recordings - songs we rarely hear in L.A. The exception is the Jim Ladd show on KLOS from 10:00pm to 2:00am.

We deserve more choices of rock-oriented radio stations. There should be at least as many rock stations as there are Spanish and rap stations in L.A. The rock stations that we do have here offer the same songs over and over again. It is boring. No wonder talk radio and Spanish stations are taking over our airwaves.

We are not blaming the music directors, station managers, payolla, or indie promoters; we just want this fixed. We want more rock stations with more variety. This is Los Angeles; treat us like the big city that we are!
