Demand that Attorney General Kamala Harris & the Department of Education be held accountable!

We've done it before, let's rally together and let's do it again! It's time for us to stand up as a group to show the Attorney General and the Department of Education that we will not let this go we will stand up and fight.

We want the Office of the Attorney General as well as the Department of Education to know that all our lives have been affected and set back exponentially by her refusal to remove any impediments to the sale process and the Boards decision to not allow Heald students to have a "teach-out". Because of their decisions and motives, they have effectively punished those they claim to stand behind.

All we have been hearing is that Heald students, “...may also be eligible for State Tuition Recovery Fund refunds.”  May? No. We will! Devastatingly, we cannot get back the time spent away from our families. Nor can we get back the hard work we put into every moment spent striving for change for our careers and futures.

Although you may feel alone, you are not! Let's unite together and show Kamala Harris & the Department of Education this is unacceptable! We demand answers, not political propaganda or the run-around.It's time students, we need to stand together!
