Obvious Rules Patch: The Trump Law--Full Psych Evaluations for ALL Prospective Presidential Candidates as a REQUIREMENT, BEFORE Announcing Candidacy

When the average Joe Shmoe, without the benefit of years of medical and/or psychiatric training, can confidently say that a person in a position of authority is nine for nine on the signs and symptoms of such a severe mental disorder, something has gone horribly wrong with the system.

My petition will ask of the Executive, Judicial, and Legislative Branches to create a Constitutional Amendment requiring ALL prospective Presidential candidates submit to a full psychiatric evaluation BEFORE they even announce their candidacy. If any prospective candidate is diagnosed with a personality disorder via this process, they will immediately be disallowed from running.

The results of these psychiatric evaluations will only be made public if a prospective candidate is diagnosed with a personality disorder.
