Congress of the USA needs to tell the USA military that their constitutional duty is to protect the country, not the military bases and not the cover up mysteries.

Think about it, without a border, there will be no country, without a country, there be no military base. Think about it, you can’t get about a mile to Area 51 base, so why don’t the USA borders have that same security.
