We the undersigned oppose the application for Racio Arango (P18-0314) to operate a Large Family Day are (maximum of 14 children) at the existing residence located at 3149 Chardonnay Drive, Pleasanton, Ca.

Concerns regarding a preschool in our quiet residential neighborhood:
1.) safety for the neighborhood children playing outside due to increased car traffic.
2.) increased traffic and noise in general with multiple cars dropping off and picking up children.
3.) is this home adiquate for the size/amount of children applicant is requesting
4.) have all fire marshal laws been approved
5.) have all city requirements been met
6.) have all state licensing laws been met
7.) The quality of our personal space in our backyards has been violated- our quiet harmony and piece of mind / relaxation will be eliminated.
