The Care Bears and the Land Without Feelings and Battle the Freeze Machine on DVD and Blu-Ray Unedited with original broadcast version

I'm talking about the first episodes of the Care Bears: The Land Without Feelings and Battle the Freeze Machine. I would love it if both of these episodes out again on DVD and for the first time on Blu-Ray with both episodes unedited (which means without the intro and outro of the Nelvana Series only the original broadcast version). I have edited versions on DVD, which was quietly release in the last decade. You can only find them on Amazon. I'm not really satisfied with the edited versions I prefer the original broadcast versions. For example, in the opening of Battle the Freeze Macine, I love that song that Baby Hugs and Tugs sung. So I wonder if it's possible if they can be unedited.
