Cellphones should not be allowed at school!

Cellphones should not be permitted at school because many students are constantly texting and recieving different messages. If a student is seen with a phone, it should be taken away immediatley even if they say " Oh, Sorry!". Students "playing" with their phones is distracting to them and other students. If a phone goes off in the middle of class, even when you are taking a test, some teachers don't take it away! It's just like nothing ever happened. Please help me reach my goal of 500. Thank you!
