Construct TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury Centers)

  • recipient: provide for and assist those who are brain injured and their families
To use our federal and state tax dollars to construct and operate brain injury centers nationwide which will address and meet the individual needs of those afflicted with brain injury and their families.  Appropriate technology and resources will be made available for every brain injured individual.  These centers will also help to provide private, dignified, affordable housing for survivors of brain injury for as long as necessary for the individual.
