I want to do what I can to eliminate puppy mills, backyard breeders and accidential pregnancies. I want laws passed and big fines imposed on law breakers to end the suffering and needless deaths of our animals.

The needless suffering of dogs and cats caused by over breeding is completely ridicules. We will do whatever has to be done to erradicate this behavior by irresponsible and uncaring people.
