Dignity

I was told it only takes one person to let another individual into their home to pay rent, even when another person owns %50 per cent of the house and disapproves.  After 48 hours that individual owns space in the home and there is nothing the other %50 per cent owner can do or say about it other than serve the individual eviction papers and then take four copies to the civil court house in their county they live in.   I say sign a petition with me that both equal owners need to necogniate terms and agree on who lives in their house other than the two owners.
