In South Dakota our government is thinking about closing small schools and making bigger schools and putting a lot of schools together! Like in Turner county they are thinking of making a North Turner County and a South Turner County School! This isn't right! We need to stop them!!!
Now, I'm a student from Hurley Public school. If our school closes i'm seriously going to cry! I live in town a block away from my school...That school is my life!! I've been there since K! I'm active in sports, singing, and more things...If we loose our schools..Well let's just say that's not right!!!!!

The Hurley school is a Kindergarten through Twelfth grade school system. We provide a quality education in a small town setting. Along with academics, we offer a full range of extra-curricular activities, such as, boys and girls sports, FCCLA, Torch, Cheerleading, and oral interp. We also have a
full service day care housed within our building.
OK so it's not a big school, but i like it! it's a place where everybody knows your name. A place where everyone is your friend! I don't want to loose that!
