Issues in Africa

So i am sure we all know of all the problems Africa is having. We all know that are are more cases of rape, genocide, and hiv infections then we could count. So why is our government not doing anything to help if we know what is happening. So many innocent people are dieing because of this horrific problem. We may need to take more action then this petition but this is my start, if i can get all these signatures i plan on taking this to a higher  place, getting someone one who can really do something about this.
