We the People are tired of current presidents shredding whats left of the Constitution and the fact that Obama failed to eliminate the mistake that Bush started is uncalled for and we can't take it anymore and so we the people made this petition to demand that our current president suspend and repeal the USA Patriot Act for good.
This is what this petition demands from the President:
1. A public apology from the President to America
2. He must take a Oath again that he will defend and protect the Constitution or else he will be impeached and dishonorably removed from office.
3. He must suspend the Patriot Act in front of his peers
4. He must explain the the Congress and the people why he failed to suspend the Patriot Act 11 months after taking office.
This petition will be sent to President Obama, Congress, and the Senate demanding that Obama goes through with his campaign promises and has NO excuses.
