Save the iBong!

Save the iBong!

Apple has rejected my application to the iTunes store and denied me the ability to get the iBong into your hands. I cannot release the iBong for sale. What baffles me is that they have approved other smoking sims for the store which is what this sim essentially amounts to. Is it fair to police a simulation of an instrument that has multiple uses beyond its main association? Banning the bong is like banning any other smoking device be it a cork pipe or a hookah. Bongs in of themselves are not illegal. Apple's treatment of the iBong is a commentary on the intangible boundary of one corporation's idea of what is objectionable and what is acceptable for public use.

If you disagree with Apple's decision and feel strongly that the app is something that was unfairly rejected please sign this petition.
Please allow the iBong to be sold in your store.
