El maltrato animal en Costa Rica No es un crimen. Si se denuncia, la policia no hace nada. En pocas excepciones a los culpables de abuso, tortura y/o muerte solo se le impone una multa máxima de 150.000 colones.
Please tell the Costa Rican goverment to make the lwas required for this torture to stop. 3 of 5 households have endangered spicies as pets. 4 in 5 have abused pets. 4 in 5! This needs to stop, PLease sign the petition and make this an international issue!
Por favor dígale al Gobierno Costarricense que debe crear leyes que castiguen el maltrato animal con cárcel. 3 de 5 hogares en Costa Rica tienen animales en peligro de exinción y/o mascotas en perpetua totura. Animal cruelty in Costa Rica gas gone unpunished for too long. With a fine nothing is really accomplish. You need to create laws with jail punishment against animal cruelty. Police needs to able and be obligated to action against animal cruelty!
Costa Rica being an ecological oriented nation needs to address this issue immediately . It is extremely disturbing how many dogs, cats and wild animals are mistreated and tutored in your country.
Please take real measures to stop this!
