We Want Vicki Back!

Officer Victoria Forte was a 'seasonal' employee employed by King County Animal Care and Control (KCACC), alotted a certain amount of hours. As of Tuesday, November 17, 2009, she reached the maximum hours allowed.

While employed with KCACC, she worked incredibly hard to care for the animals, often sacrificing time with her young children, significant other, and her own personal time off. Regardless of this, her spirits always remained high and offered a cheerful smile to anyone she passed. Whenever a volunteer had a question, she patiently answered them and encouraged more. She was a valuable employee and friend to many.

This petitions goal is to inform and enlighten management of KCACC of Officer Forte's strong work ethics and to encourage them to rehire her, even if it to be for a temporary, full time position. Please take a moment to sign the petition below and make this Christmas a happy one, for not just Officer Forte and her family, but the employees and animals of KCACC, too.
