To bring to light the issues of Xbox Live security and also to discuss the problems with Xbox customer support

I am an avid gamer and I love my Xbox 360. I would like xbox to be more safe and secure to use. I hate having to constantly worry about getting online and not being able to get on my xbox live account. I also dread calling Xbox Customer Support because they have never helped me with any situation I have ever come upon in the 5 yrs I have been a member of the xbox live community.
