Bring Back THE DEATH PENALTY into Canada!!

For the Sadists/Psychopaths that have seriously hurt or killed an animal or child....we must bring in SEVERE measures that this is not acceptable....I am personally tired of seeing/hearing how "SOFT" are judial system is....TOUGHER LAWS ARE NEEDED NOW!!
