Reject the new AEOE Bylaws

The new AEOE Bylaws are BAD for the Membership. Here is an excerpt:

The AEOE Corporation shall have no members. Any action which would otherwise require approval by a majority of all members shall only require approval of the Board of Directors ("Board"). All rights which would otherwise vest in the members shall vest in the Board. February 2012

60 years as a successful MEMBERSHIP organization and now a few Board members decide that we shouldn’t have MEMBERS. WTF???
