Separate Virginia

    We should separate Northern Virginia from Southern Virginia. Anything South of Fredericksburg will be Southern VA and Fredericksburg up will be Northern VA. We can make Fair Fax our capital.

    Be honest NOVA and Southern VA are completely different.
