We the undersigned call on our city, county and state officials to take all necessary action to protect our communities from the lewd and illegal practices of specific barista stands and any other type of adult business operating illegally.
We call on our elected officials to pass all ordinances and legislature pertaining to protecting our communities and enforcing the above mentioned illegal businesses.
We the undersigned call on you, our elected officials, to stand up for our communities and enforce the illegal and lewd behaviors of specific baristas. We call on you to regulate and enforce the adult sales practices of certain baristas and close all loopholes allowing these businesses and any other business operating outside the legal scope of the law.
These businesses are operating using adult sales practices and are NOT licensed as such. These businesses have been allowed to break all of the rules that legitimate adult entertainment businesses can't, including hiring workers under the age of 18, displaying lewd and offensive signage, and baring their breasts and buttocks to the public in lewd and offensive ways etc.
If licensed and enforced according to their adult sales practices, these businesses would simply not be allowed to operate in our family neighborhoods in the manner in which they are and they would have to follow the rules that are already established for using adult sales practices.
We want to protect our rights and the rights of our children to not be exposed to their adult behavior or their near nudity. We implore you, our city, county and state officials to take all appropriate steps to protect our communities.
