WRONGFULLY CONVICTED!!! FREE TIMOTHY BANKS

RECENTLY MY BOYFRIEND WAS WRONGFULLY CONVICTED OF A CRIME THAT HE DID NOT COMMIT!!! HE WAS CHARGED WITH ARMED CRIMINAL ACTION, ARMED ROBBERY, AND TAMPERING WITH A MOTOR VEHICLE. HE WAS ONLY FOUND GUILTY OF THE ARMED ROBBERY AND THE ARMED CRIMINAL ACTION, BUT NOT TAMPERING WITH A MOTOR VEHICLE! IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE WHEN HE WAS ACCUSED OF BEING THE DRIVER OF THE CAR, THAT WAS USED IN THE ROBBERY, WHICH THE CAR WAS THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY'S EVIDENCE!!!MOST IMPORTANTLY THERE WERE PHOTOS OF THE ACTUAL SUSPECT SHOWN IN COURT. THE MAN ON THE PHOTOS WAS ABOUT 5'8 DARK-SKINNED AND 180 POUNDS, TIMOTHY IS LIGHT SKINNED 6'4 AND 210 POUNDS. HOW COULD 2 TOTALLY DIFFERENT PEOPLE BE COMPARED?THERE IS NO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE TO PROVE THAT IT WAS TIMOTHY THAT COMMITED THIS CRIME!!!THE MOST SADDEST THING ABOUT THIS CASE IS THAT TIMOTHY'S LAWYER INFORMED ME THAT HE KNEW THAT IT WAS NOT TIMOTHY ON THE PHOTOS!!!!! ITS CASES LIKE THIS THAT SHOW US THAT IT CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE, ANYONE!!! I HAVE BEEN ON SO MANY DIFFERENT WEBSITES THAT HAVE PETITIONS LIKE THIS ONE POSTED AND I  HAVE SIGNED THEM!! IF PEOPLE LIKE US WANT TO SEE A CHANGE WE MUST ALL STICK TOGETHER AND KEEP ARE LOVED ONES CLOSE TO US!! JUST MY WORD AND THE WORDS OF A FEW OTHERS MAY NOT HOLD UP IN COURT!! BUT IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW HAS BEEN OR IS CURRENTLY GOING THIS SITUATION OR ONE SIMILAR, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO SIGN THIS!!! ANYONE THAT IS CONVICTED OF ANY CRIME HAS THE RIGHT TO FACE HIS OR HER ACCUSER(S) AND ALSO HAS THE RIGHT HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE THAT WAS USED AGAINST HIM OR HER IN TRIAL! TIMOTHY WAS NOT ABLE TO FACE HIS ACCUSER NOR DOES HE HAVE ANY OF THE EVIDENCE THAT WAS USED AGAINST HIM IN TRIAL!.....A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF INJUSTICE!!

"We the Undersigned" create petitions like this to show the rest of the world that just because one goes to jail/ prison does not always make them guilty of the crime they are being accused of!! Every year a small pertentage of people are convicted and sent to prison for many years for crimes they didn't commit!! Alot of those type mistakes can be made by prosecuters, attorneys, and police who will simply by pass factual evidence and just precede to close there cases!! If you know of a loved one or just ever heard of anyone that has been sent to prison for a crime they did not commit...PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION!!!PLEASE AT LEAST ONE SIGNATURE IS BETTER THAN NONE!!!!!!
