Stop the puppy mills and killing of animals!

Stop the cruelty of animals!
Some pounds are puppy mills. They treat the dogs poorly and do not take any care what so ever to them. Puppy mills in Canada pile cages on top of eachother so that excretments fall through the slots and are ended up on other dogs fur. At some puppy mills, dogs get killed! I read somewhere that the puppy mills kill the dogs when they're older. Isn't that sad?

If we can't stop it in the U.S or anywhere else, at least stop it in Canada!!! I also read that Canada does more to the dogs. Please help!
