Since the Summer of 2012, the Estes Street Neighborhood in Lakewood, CO has experienced Comcast Service disruption in the form of intermittent service for cable, internet and telephone. For awhile, the service improved, but for the last several weeks it is a daily (typically multiple instances) event. We are aware that several neighbors have contacted Comcast numerous times, yet we are told it is a service outage over and over again. It is time that Comcast deligate the appropriate top-notch technical experts to resolve our neighborhood intermittent outage issue. We all deserve credit as well for the time our service has not been working as promised--and paid for!
