Don't let them take our Movie theatre

Modiin is a city in Israel that literaly has nothing left to do in it,
The theatre in the mall was our last place to go to and now it's being solled to build an H&M store,
How is that fair? we won't have a theatre so that other people will be able to buy clothes inside the city when they can drive a bit to the same store 10 minutes outside of the city?
