Petition for a reduced cleaning fine in Oadby Student Village

The cleaning fine for rooms being left untidy in Oadby student village is unfair, too high and must be reduced or scrapped. By hereby signing this petition you agree to the following points:

1. It must be very hard to avoid the fine as over half the people have been fined.

2. The fine is very expensive, the cumulative value of all the fines must be more than the cost of the cleaning.

3. Evidence for each fine must be collected and issued with every new fine.

4. The fine is too rigid some individuals rooms must have been tidier than others so should pay a reduced fine.
