Asylum seeker

I came to u.k on student visa with my husaband from india. I was a secret marriage from my family, however they help me financially to apply for my visa. When we came here i found out that my husband is not from the same caste as he claimed. I told my parents about all this. They disowned me, and said i better not to come back to india otherwise they will kill me because i brought a shame on family by marry to a lower caste man. Here my husband start to abuse me physically mentally emotionally financially and sexually. He used to accuse me by working as a prostitute. I had no where to go. I got 2 kids from my husband 7 & 6 years. I got kicked out of my house with my kids. I start a new relationship in 2015. As i was not happy with my marriage. He is understading, caring and build a strong relation with my kids. I have claimed asylum in march but i didn not add my new partner in claim. As my solicitor advised me not to do so. But the firm has shut down. So my new solicitor is tthing to add him into my claim now. I get accommodation by home house. We start to live together as a family. I'm going to add him into my claim now. But I'm scared if home office refuses us of staying together. And they may arrest him. We both and my 2 children have life threat if we go back to india. As they born here i think they do have right to stay in the u.k. My ex-husband family have strong political connections in india. Somehow they managed to find out about my new partner's family too. Please help so we can stay in the u.k. as family and give a bright future to our kids .
