Fix Care2 Petitions - Everyday I am signing the SAME petitions over and over again.  Everyday?  Someone needs to fix this code and test it at Care2.  Everyday I have to also keep switching browsers from Firefix to Chrome because petitions will not work correctly when creating them.  Care2 staff needs to look into testing this.
