The New Mark Twain Scholarship: Mizzou is being unfair to its students yet again

The Univeristy or Missouri is refusing to let students that already have the Mark Twain scholarship receive the new benefits now associated with the scholarship. This would save these out of state students an average of $3,000 a year if they were to receive the new benefits but the Univeristy is not allowing them to do so. This petition is to inform the Univeristy and public about the unfair practices the Univeristy is engaging in. The changes in the scholarship are meant to further increase enrollment, but if the Univeristy is willing to take a deficit to improve enrollment they should be willing to take a deficit to honor and respect their current students that earned the scholarship.
