Get Mayor Micheal Jarjura (Waterbury, CT) to sign the U.S Mayor's Climate Protection Agreement

Please help in getting Waterbury's Mayor Micheal Jarjura to sign the U.S Mayors Climate Protection Agreement in regards to Global Warming!

The Kyoto Protocol is an amendment to the United nations Framework Convention On climate control. They have mandatory targets for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions to signatory nations. 162 countries ratified the Kyoto Protocol to address Global Warming, the United States have not! Many mayors are taking a stand and have came up with the U.S Mayors Climate Protection Agreement. 353 mayors representing about 54 million Americans in 49 states have signed this agreement yet Waterbury's mayor Micheal Jarjura has not! I'm upset that our country didn't sign the protocol and I'm determined on having Waterbury Connecticut's mayor sign on behalf of the people of Waterbury.
