Archie Aragon was contracted to work in Kuwait for a communications company. Only expecting to be gone for a few months, it has been over a year since he has been home. There was a travel ban placed upon him due to a civilian vehicle accident where he had hit a person breaking his leg. When the injured man was released from the hosipital he fled the country, because of this Aragon is stuck in Kuwait until a signature is recieved from the victim.
This petition is mainly to gain attention and support for the Aragon family and possibly show that people care and want justice.
