A 10c tax on plastic bags to save the ocean AUS

We the undersigned,
Believe that a 10c tax should be put on plastic bags.
 Every year, millions of plastic bags are put into the ocean,
Killing a large majority of our ocean wildlife.
 Animals such as seals, fish, birds and many other sea creatures,
get caught in them and choke or starve to death.
Turtles mistake them for jellyfish (there natural food), eat them and suffocate.
 as the plastic bags very slowly brake down, they poison the water,
also killing anything in it.
Please put a 10c tax on plastic bags,
it would make a big difference for the ocean around us,
and all that live in it.
