We, the undersigned, petition President Obama, his appointed administrators who are responsible for the current economic recovery and all State and Federal legislators, to pass and fund legislation that will direct all states to:
1-systematize the automatic extension of existing unemployment insurance benefits at the same payment amount not more than 3 weeks before the claim expires
2-allocate state funds, augmented by federal funds to meet the continuing expenditures
3-the continuous claim will continue at the same pay level until the recipient accepts full time work
The Automatically Renewed Unemployment Insurance Benefits Bill will be activated beginning 3 weeks before the end of the current Fed Ex extension, and will end when the unemployment rate for the United States is below 2% for the general population.
