Coverup Of Abuse, By Administration

  My brother, Mr. David Poole, is a patient at CMHC and has been(being abused), for 20 years(being shuffled from facility to facility).
  Many complaints has been filed, against the facility, but they ALL returns back to us marked, "UNFOUNDED", which is another fib.
  Equip for Equality, Guardianship Advocacy Commission and many other organizations, have been made aware, of this abuse against him.
  My family, has been blessed to have OTHER patients and their families, inform us of these abuses.
  We even have X employees, who EXPOSED the abuse and are in support of us and us of them, concerning the abuse.
  Administration there, is COVERING UP the abuse, by way of COVERING for the security guards(who's raping the patients) and other VIOLENT inmate/patients.
  I have POSSESSION, of my brother's medical records and it confirms the lies that they have told, warranting our complaints to return marked "UNFOUNDED".
  I have even seen where lies, have been told on I, because I have on many occasion, made them aware, that I know the difference in what question I'm asking them.
  It was just tried again(attempt to play stupid and blame I, which is what their goals are, to blame anyone besides themselves, who's responsible for covering the abuse), just this morning.
  I have learned to analyze the methods that CMHC is using to munipulate and play their "BLAME" game and I will not be intimidated by it or allow them to reverse the blame from them(the administrators) to I.
  Just on yesterday evening(08-19-2009), between 4 and 7 p.m., my brother was assaulted again
.  Usually, we learn from him, his troubles bestowed on him, but this time, Roy Evans(CMHC employee), call I, to inform us of the assault against David.
  I'm concerned about Roy Evans, trying to use my savvyness against I, to attempt to stop my visits illegally again because I asked him, "who's ass were he trying to cover now?"
  I've (viewing my brothers medical records), have seen, lies that they have told on I and another sister, stopping her visits for 5 years.
  CMHC and KANE COUNTY, are sending eachother LIEING monthly reports, on my brother and it must stop!
  Lynn Hubert(another employee there), informed us about 3 years ago, that David was doing SO WELL, that he was on the list with 6 other patients to be transferred out, YET, somehow(as usual), when that time approaches, an assault is done against him and his transfer date, is set back.
  Much CORRUPTION ad ABUSE EXIST STILL, at CMHC and it must be stopped!
  If you are interested in being supportive of this cause, on August 30, 2009, at Western Ave. and Monroe St., a rally will take place and you can meet with others and exchange information and get connected with others who are in support of this cause.
  Under Guardianship Advocacy Commission web, you can read many stories of patients and the abuse they are enduring under the jurisdiction of Chester Mental Health Center.
  THIS ABUSE MUST CONTINUE TO BE EXPOSED AND STOPPED!

  I'm David's sister and am very proud of the progress that he's making that CMHC is trying to take from him.
  I will not allow them to brainwash my brother into seeing himself as the villian.  HE, is the one, who's been VICTIMIZED, since the age of thirteen, trying to return home from school.  BULLIES, still exist in the world and I'm elated about the law that was recently passed, prohibiting BULLYING and STALKING.
  We still must SPEAK OUT about ALL such abuses and we must prosecute the right ones and stop this corruption in the courtrooms!
