Force the Auto and truck industry to mount windshield wipers on the top!

Back in the 1920s thru the late 1940s, car and truck builders used to mount windshield wipers on the top, and truck makers continued to mount them on top until just reciently.  By viewing the video, Washington should force the transportation industry to go back to mounting windshield wipers on the top like the did many years ago.

Please create a bill to force the auto makers and truck makers to mount windsheld wipers on the top again for better visibility.  Safety is top priority in the private transportation industry and mounting windshield wipers on the top is part of it because of the large cleaning span they have compaired to mounting the wipers on the bottom.
