Help the Moms Victimized By CPS in Texas Raid
CPS stepped in, and usual with little or no evidence of actual abuse has taken away hundreds of children from their homes. No one feels that people who have abused children should be allowed around them, but this is a travasty and a perfect example of CPS's god complex.
These women went willingly outside of the only home and society they had ever known in order to protect their children and to keep them safe and together. These are loving mothers and ALSO victims of any of their church's radical beliefs, perhaps more so then thier children.
Many of them no doubt believed that CPS was a way out and a savior from thier captivity. Now as the mothers of any child over 4 was forced to leave with no where to go and a community that will probably shun them, the state ponders adoption as a possiblity for thier children. Who gives them the right.
Surely they'll wave their failure to protect flag around. But how I ask you did these women even know that they failed? They were born and bred into this lifestyle. They are no more at fault then the underage girls CPS is claiming to protect. How can we allow this to happen when known crack heads are allowed to seek help while thier children remain with them on improvement periods?
Please help to force CPS to do the right thing for once! Allow the victimized mothers to stay with their children.
We the undersigned pray that you would hear this story and open your heart.
As I'm sure you know the decision was made to remove the mothers from the children seized during the raid in Texas. More then likely CPS will conclude that the mother's are unfit because they failed to protect the children.
These women are victims too. They were brought up in this strange lifestyle with little or no contact with the outside world. They have been forced to bear children from puberty as well as be completely docile to the men in their church. They've been conditioned to obey. Is that thier fault or choice?
We pray that you might intercede or in some way help on the behalf of these nameless women who have no one to turn to. Their children need them now more then ever. How can we teach these people that we care and want to help them if we keep stripping everything from them?
Thank you for your time.
